Najprej sem se odpravila k rezalnemu strojčku ter izrezala okvir (tri, ki sem jih zlepila skupaj) in perje ter en pravokotnik embosirala s strukturo lesa. Nato sem se lotila barvanja: na večji akrilni blok sem nanesla oranžno Distress Ink barvo ter jo poškropila s Perfect Pearls vodo in vanjo pomakala vsa tri peresa. Ko so se posušila (s pomočjo grelne pištole), sem postopek ponovila. Ponovno sem nanesla malo iste barve ter še kanček temnejše, čopič namakala v vodo, nato še v barvo ter poškropila peresa. V ostanek barve sem namočila še belo vrvico (mešanici sem dodala malo lepila, da pentlja lepše stoji). Tri peresa sem položila eno na drugega, jih zavezala z oranžno vrvico ter jih prilepila na podlago. Nazadnje sem odtisnila še voščilo.

I like the way you've stacked the dies and the addition of the wood grain really adds a lovely texture that contrasts with your pretty orange and white feathers.
