Najprej sem iz samolepilnega maskirnega papirja izrezala rob s snežinkami, ki sem ga zalepila na podlago za voščilnico. Poskrbela sem, da se je maskirni papir zelo dobro prilepil na podlago. Šele nato sem začela senčiti. Temnejši odtenki proti sredini voščilnice, da je rob bolj kontrasten, in svetlejši odtenki na robu voščilnice. Preden sem odstranila masko, sem senčeni del poškropila z vodo, v kateri sem raztopila Perfect Pearls. Nazadnje sem odtisnila še voščilo.
