Najprej sem na kos akvarelnega papirja odtisnila štampiljko z luskami, nato sem odtis posula z bisernim reliefnim prahom. Pred izrezovanjem sem podlago pobarvala z različnimi odtenki modre in vijolične barve. Nekaj lusk sem po prvem sušenju še dodatno pobarvala, saj je bila osnovna barva zelo pastelna. Nazadnje sem izrezala črn okvir, v katerega sem zalepila del štampiljke z drobnimi voščili. Iz srebrne folije sem izrezala nekaj morskih motivov, ki sem jih pobarvala s Copic markerji, da so se barvno ujemali s podlago.
